BADSI Automotive S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as "Badsi") – a Romanian legal entity, headquartered in Bucharest, Sector 2, Sos. Pipera, No. 50A, hereby displays this Privacy Policy to explain how we process and protect your personal data.

Personal data may be disclosed to government authorities, tax authorities, and/or law enforcement agencies if required by applicable laws or if necessary to exercise our rights, including our terms of use, or to protect our legitimate interests (including the legitimate interests of third parties) in accordance with applicable laws.

How long do we keep your personal data?

We store your personal data on the servers of BADSI Automotive SRL, located in Romania.
