At BADSI, our story is one of passion, innovation, and dedication to continuous improvement. BADSI was founded by Romanian engineer Paul Badea who started his European career in the early 80s with a groundbreaking project: the conversion of the Aro 10 into the iconic Dacia Duster for the UK market.

Returning to Romania, Paul Badea established BADSI in the early 90s, pioneering Nissan's presence as the first importer for Romania and Moldova. Under his leadership, BADSI became imbued with British craftsmanship principles and Japanese continuous improvement systems, laying the foundation for our enduring culture of excellence.

Following the legacy, his children Paul and Silviana assumed leadership after their father’s passing. Under their leadership, BADSI has evolved into a network of automotive-focused companies, offering a comprehensive range of services tailored to meet the specific needs of European customers in the most dynamic era of the automotive industry since its inception.
